Jingzhou Tianyu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. established in July 2003. It is located at No.105 Jianshe Road, Cenhe, Jingzhou, Hubei province, China, the national high-tech development zone. It’s Only takes 10 minutes driving to the new airport and high-speed train station. Tianyu plant covers an area of 200,000m², including building area of over 30,000m² with the total investment over 120 million CNY. Tianyu has 378 employees, including 68 technicists. It makes company could actively join the development of new model, new product of OEMs, support customers with the development of new product, design and manufactory on different automotive oil tubes and tube assembly, provide with continuous professional, efficiency technical support and after sale service.

Tianyu is deep experienced at the production of double wall steel tube, all kinds of surface treatment tubes, automotive oil tube and oil tube assembly in high quality, high precision, multi-specifications and multi-function. At present, Tianyu is one of the largest tube manufacturer bases in China for automotive tubing and oil tube assembly. It is also the most integrated private enterprise in the industry in China. Tianyu is cooperation with international vendors such as Shanghai Bao Steel, Akzo Nobel, Axalta to ensure both product quality and supplying’s stability.

Company currently has four independent research and development copper plated steel strip production lines which at national advanced level, an automatic steel slitting production line, twelve copper plated tube production lines with most advantage control technology, six automatic surface treatment production lines, one international PA12 production line just imported from America, and equipments to realize the annual production capacity over 10 million sets of oil tube assembly.

Tianyu could provide with copper plated steel tube, Zinc plated tube, PVF tube, PA12 tube and all kinds of automotive oil tube and tube assembly, which could meet OEM’s requirements such as Ford, GM, VW etc., and the diversified demands of domestic and international customers. Our products are sold to domestic TI, JAC, Haima, Jingzhou Henglong and Schaeffler, and also export to America, Canada, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and South Africa etc.

Tianyu has many advanced testing equipments, such as coordinate measuring machine, Germany E5 eddy current detector, pressure bursting test machine, pressure seal all sized test machine etc. In addition, we also has processing equipment can be used to produce bending mould and Gages, not only to guarantee the internal tubing forming tooling requirements, but also provides high-quality bending mould and Gages to the industry. Tianyu passed the ISO / TS16949: 2009 quality system certification in March 2013.
